The guide will be following on another kayak. So you can explore the beautiful canals of the backwaters at your own pace, absorbing the natural beauty around you. Kerala style breakfast/dinner:
If you choose the morning tour, you will relish the typical Kerala breakfast we serve for you. It is rich in local flavours. But what if you choose the evening tour? You still won’t miss out on the local cuisine! We arrange for some delicious Kerala dinner. So both the morning and the evening tours offer you an opportunity to taste the local flavours of Kerala.
Kumarakom, with its variety of native and exotic birds, is a bird lover’s paradise. You will be able to spot egrets, herons, owls, cormorants and other delightful birds. The chirping of these birds creates a tranquil environment and complements the sunrise and sunset views, making the kayaking experience truly memorable.
Watching the Casting of Fishing Nets:
At one point during the tour, you will get an opportunity to watch Kerala fishermen at work. To watch a fisherman cast the huge fishing net perfectly into the waters is an amazing sight. Try to capture it in slow-mo if you can! Or if you are passionate about photography, don’t delay in getting your cameras out!
